If you pressed the "Allow" button that showed up in the black box and didn’t see yourself in the box, first check that no other application is using your webcam (such as Google Hangouts, Zoom, Skype, etc). Sometimes closing other applications that connect to your webcam will allow the assessment to access your webcam.
If no other application is using your webcam and you are still unable to continue onto the Imprint Check-Up, there may be an issue with your Flash Player. Our assessment uses video and requires Flash to run.
You can check and update your version of Flash here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. If your Flash is updated and you are still unable to take the assessment, your browser may be blocking Flash. You can learn how to make sure that your browser has Flash enabled here: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-adobe-flash-player.
