If you weren't able to continue on to the Imprint Check-Up, it could be that either your browser blocked Flash from being enabled or you need to update your version of Flash. Flash is required for our assessment because the Imprint Check-Up involves uploading video files.
You can check and update your version of Flash here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. If your Flash is updated and you are still unable to take the assessment, your browser may be blocking Flash. You can learn how to make sure that your browser has Flash enabled here: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-adobe-flash-player.
Alternatively, the default settings of Google Chrome should allow you proceed to the Imprint Check-Up without issue. If you’re using Google Chrome and are having trouble with Flash, double check that your browser is up to date and that Flash is enabled.
