The upload can take longer than usual if there is a weak internet connection or not enough bandwidth.
Our servers are located in the United States, and if you’re trying to take the Imprint Check-Up from another country, it can take additional time to upload.
If your assessment is taking longer than expected, first ensure that no one else is using your internet network (e.g. streaming video or uploading files). During the assessment, you may need to wait for about 10 minutes after you finish each section for it to upload. We apologize for this inconvenience -- we are aware of this issue and are working on a solution.
