If you took the Imprint Memory Assessment and you get an email request to retake the assessment before receiving your results, this means that we weren't able to process your score. This can be caused by a variety of factors, from glare from eyeglasses to the room you took the assessment in being too dark.
You'll have to retake the Imprint Memory Assessment in order to receive a result. When you do, double check that your face is well lit, your eyes are clearly visible, and that you are not distracted or interrupted during the assessment.
