Research shows that cognitive improvement resulting from the recommended lifestyle changes is not 'all or nothing'. Rather, any piece of the suggested Cognitive Health Program that you are able to incorporate into your routine can help prevent cognitive decline. Trying to adopt the entire suggested Cognitive Health Program all at once can be difficult, but if there are any steps that you think would be manageable given your history and circumstance, it can prove effective.
