The Imprint Check-Up works by tracking your eye movements when presented with different images. We ask people to remove their glasses to make sure there is no glare that obstructs your webcam from capturing your eye movements. If your eyes are not clearly visible, you may have to retake your assessment to obtain a valid result.
Our assessment relies upon your ability to see the images on the screen clearly. During the assessment, you should see two large images in black and white side by side. If your vision prevents you from easily seeing the images during the assessment, your results may not be valid.
If this is the case and you wish to take the Imprint Check-Up with your glasses on, you may do so. However, please double check when you fit your head in the oval that your eyes are clearly visible behind your glasses and that there is NO glare.
