To track your diet and exercise, click on "Program" in the banner at the very top of the screen, then click on "Track Activity." Here, you can toggle between "Diet" and "Exercise" (blue buttons) and log both by clicking in the empty boxes under each date. In the exercise dashboard, there are rows for aerobic and strength exercise where you can input each type of activity and for how long (minutes or hours of exercise). For diet, click on the box corresponding to the day and type of food you would like to enter. Then, type the number of servings you ate. If you aren’t sure what a serving of each category is, hover your mouse over the “Guidelines” for each food and the serving size will appear.
