Per our refund policy listed in our Terms of Use, we offer full refunds if you have purchased the Imprint Check-Up but have not completed the assessment. If you would like to request a refund, please contact our support team at support@neurotrack.com.
Any refunds provided under this policy will be issued to the same credit card(s) used for the purchase and will be processed after confirmation by our support team. After your refund is requested and we confirm that your Imprint Check-Up has not been completed, we will issue a refund and you will be notified via email.
International orders paid for in non-US dollars are refunded at the exchange rate for USD effective at the time of the refund request. If a refund is issued after a change to the currency rate, customers may receive a refund amount greater or lesser than what they paid in their local currency. Neurotrack is not responsible for currency rate changes that occur after the order is placed.
